About the Artist

Cliff Harman
An Illinois native, husband, father of two sons and professional artist, Cliff Harman has spent the past 15 years perfecting his craft. After leaving his corporate job after 16 years, Cliff decided he would focus on his art full-time, allowing him to become the artist of Sip Parties that you know and love. Not only a teacher of the arts, Cliff’s career began to take off after pursuing his arts education at the American Academy of Arts in Chicago.
Since then, his work has been displayed in the White House, shown in commercials, has been included in celebrities private artwork collections and is currently completed for a pending film project. In love with the arts, the formation of Sip Parties in 2016 became a new outlet for Cliff to share his love for art and turn everyone into an artist, if only for the night.

Cliff was so great! I had a private event I asked him to do for about 10 people and we all had a great time. He was very helpful with everyone who wanted individual attention. Everyone felt so at ease with him and I would definitely recommend him for your next party!

Cliff set up a really awesome Slightly Intox-O-Painted night at Pizzeria NEO in Saint Charles. Definite success! Everyone had a ton of fun and the paintings were fantastic! I heard some self-doubt going around about skill level and ability beforehand but I think Cliff did a great job- he was good at getting everyone engaged and he made sure the process wasn’t intimidating. The results were very cool. I think everyone left very pleased and seemed to have a really good time. Wine, good food and painting with a pro- what’s not to like?? Very unique. Looking forward to another.

Ive been to many other companies for a paint night. I will not attend another paint party other than with SIP PARTIES. Cliff hosted a private event for my bachelorette party. He personally learned a two paintings himself to teach and walk through with our group. He was attentive, hilarious , and we all ended up with masterpieces. I don’t know another company which would learn pieces of art I chose and spend the time so patiently and encouraging the whole way through!

Abbey Potter, my sister Shelia and I really enjoyed ourselves for the “Blooming Tree” paint night (5/7/18)…your instructions were clear, you were a friendly host, very knowledgeable, full of life, encouraging and kind…..which showed in all of our work..each wood pic was different but all were lovely
