SIP Parties Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by email to info@sipparties.com at least 24 hours before the event.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 72 hours after the event.

Less Than 24 Hours

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

No-Shows

No refunds are available for no-shows.

Event Cancellation

If SIP Parties or the venue cancels an event, all registered guests will be notified and receive a full refund.
