SIP Parties Cancellation policy:
All guest cancellations must be submitted by email only to info@sipparties.com a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event start time. All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the event date and credited to the account used for ticket purchases.
Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event start time or no showing to the event will not be eligible for refund.
Ticket credits are not available.
In the event that SIP Parties or the host venue needs to cancel an experience, all registered guests will be notified by phone, email and text prior to the scheduled event time and a full refund will be issued. Issues such as not meeting our registration minimum or inclement weather may result in event cancellations. By purchasing a SIP Parties experience ticket you are agreeing to all SIP Parties terms and policies.
